Shipping

Processing time to make your products from scratch will take -5 business days after your payment is received and accepted . Business days Do Not include weekends and Federal holidays.

  US Domestic Shipping

. Shipping in the Unites States will be shipped based on the preference of the customer, via FedEX, UPS,USPS priority mail, or USPS first class mail and tracking number will be emailed to you. Packages should arrive within 2-3 business days after being shipped .

• Please check your email for the tracking number at least 24hrs after it is sent to you.

Returns

If a package is scheduled for delivery but is lost/not received or stolen contact the shipping company and notify Embraced by Shea via email after you have contacted the shipping company. Monetary refunds will Not be made for cases such s these. A decision will be made as to whether a credit will be issued.

-If items are received opened or damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures showing the damaged products and send it to embracedbyshea.com.

Return Costs

-Cases where a package is returned to sender, due to incorrect shipping address, the Buyer will need to be responsible for the shipping cost for a replacement item.

Returns & Exchanges

-In the event that Embraced by Shea inaccurately ships the wrong products , we will provide a return label so that you can ship it back to us. Once the item has been placed in the mail, please notify us be email with return information so we can ship out the correct items. Until we are notified we will Not ship out another package.
